Climbing & Deep Water Soloing

Climbing & Deep Water Soloing

Cinque Terre climbing and deep water soloing activities in the nearby Gulf of Poets of La Spezia.

Cinque Terre climbing: Whether you want to approach rock climbing for the first time or you want to improve your skills with the assistance of an alpine guide*, you can choose from a range of different level rock walls, all set in natural environments with spectacular views, either in the Apuan Alps or rising straight from the Ligurian sea of the Gulf of Poets.

Deep Water soloing: experience climbing without ropes on the rock sheers between Lerici and Tellaro. We will reach the spot by rubber boat or, for those more active, by kayak. We start free climbing directly from the sea as long as we have the strength and then we let yourself fall into the water. Fun activity for families or group of friends.
