Outdoor Kitchen
VA's outdoor kitchen is fully equipped. Make a simple yet delicious BBQ, or make this an event with many courses. We'll help as much as you need and make sure you win the VA BBQ Chef Award.
The 12m2 umbrella rotates to shade the BBQ and bar seating area; kids are in the pool, and cool drinks are in the outdoor Fridge; this is when all your plans, recipes, pre-ordered cuts of meat, rubs, and marinades turn into the best grill experience you and yours have ever had, no rush, no pressure, you're on holiday.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with the following:
- An Italian-style BBQ 'alla brace' is wood-fired with options for standard grills, cast iron griddle, and soapstone.
- A Weber Genesis gas-fired BBQ with standard grills and a smoke box.
- The Pizza Oven is wood-fired and cooks excellent pizzas. It's also fantastic for roasting meat, vegetables, fruit, and bread.
- A two-ring gas hob for sauces and the crucial Fridge to keep your drinks cool, make smoked Cocktails, and cool drinks for the kids
Tools Fuel and Gear.
Copper roasting tins, Cast iron Dutch oven, Cast iron Italian Teste, terracotta pans, wireless meat thermometer, Laser temperature sensor, Pizza oven peels, BBQ and Grill tools, wooden boards, Pizza plates, heat-resistant gloves, Aprons, rapid-fire charcoal chimney, etc.
All Fuel includes correctly sized logs, charcoal briquettes, chips for the smoker, and Firelighters.
I use a great local butcher who is keen to learn the different cuts used in other parts of the world. If you'd like to cook something not found on a traditional Italian menu, please message me, and I'll order in advance.
Book a Grill Chef.
If you prefer to enjoy the facilities while a Grill Chef prepares your meal, plates clear up and loads the dishwasher, you can book a Course. The Chef will present a BBQ Grill course with all of VA's facilities.
We can also arrange a pizzaiolo to teach you how to make fantastic Italian pizza.
We need as much notice as possible to organise the chefs as they both book quickly.
