Lynn and I exceeded the Covid-19 guidelines throughout Lockdown for our own safety, we’ve applied these high standards to Villa Ariola. Past Guest regularly commented on our housekeeping standards Reviews. Our Covid-19 cleaning and sanitising regime means you can ‘Stay with confidence’.

 To ensure we keep both our guests and staff safe, we are carrying out a rigorous cleaning regime. Developed using regulations and guidelines from the World Health Organisation, Italian Ministry della Salute and leading cleaning and hygiene product suppliers. Our enhanced hygiene promise seeks to give you extra peace of mind.

Here’s what we are doing to keep you and ourselves safe:

Arrival and Social Distancing

Minimising contact, Keeping Social Distancing measures in place, providing hand sanitiser.

Hygiene and anti-viricidal sanitising spray

Sanitising high touch areas, such as door handles, handrails, light switches, air conditioning & TV remotes using approved disinfectants. Upholstered furniture and soft furnishings are mist sprayed with disinfectants all to European standard EN14476, proven to be effective in killing COVID-19.

Housekeeping

We and our staff have the highest standards in cleanliness and have received training to ensure we deliver our Stay with confidence promise. We are also carrying out additional checks to ensure nothing is missed. Should you require in-house cleaning during your stay this can be arranged prior to arrival and observing covid safety measures.

Bed linen and shower curtains

All our linen is professionally laundered at over 60 degrees C, with approved disinfectant detergent so you can enjoy a safe and great night’s sleep, and we are replacing shower curtains on every change over.

Protective equipment

We’ve provided our team with protective equipment including face masks gloves eye protection and hand sanitiser. We and our staff will wear face masks and any PPE deemed necessary always observing social distancing.

Gardening and Pool cleaning

Weekly on change over day.

We are happy to shop for you both before and during your stay.

Traveling to Italy

You will require a Green pass confirming you've been vaccinated to carry with your documents
